Woorim Beach

Get in touch

Woorim Beach on Bribie Island is a laid-back, golden stretch of surf and sunshine – the perfect place for an easy coastal escape without the long drive. It's known for its relaxed vibe, gentle waves, and breezy esplanade lined with cafés, parks, and picnic spots, making it a favourite for families, swimmers, and anyone chasing a simple, refreshing day by the ocean.

Woorim is also impressively accessible. The beach offers beach matting at access point 12 off Bluey Piva Park and two free-to-hire beach wheelchairs (weekends and public holidays between September and May).

Beyond the shoreline, Woorim doubles as an adventure base – from patrolled swimming zones and easy surf for beginners to great local fishing and guided 4x4 tours exploring Bribie Island's WWII bunkers, lagoons, and wildlife. It's a place where relaxed beach days, gentle exploration, and inclusive access all come together.

Whether you're grabbing fish and chips, watching the colours change over the water, or using it as a base to explore the rest of Bribie Island, Woorim Beach serves up an easy, refreshing coastal break that feels wonderfully uncomplicated.
