The Julia Creek markets are a free for all event, held at Peter Dawes park every second Saturday during the months of May - August. The park is located on the north side of Burke Street. Boasting a large shaded area and covered playground for both travelers and families to enjoy.

This is an opportunity to taste some local cooking, support the Lions Club and purchase some handmade pottery, which is crafted, fired and painted here at the Multicultural Center.
