Daintree River Fishing and Photography Tours is a reef/river fishing and nature tour with local owner/operator guide David Patterson, having over 24 years experience fishing and living on the Daintree River. This tour targets Coral trout, Spanish Mackeral Barramundi, Mangrove Jack, Fingermark, Trevally and Mudcrabs (when in season) whilst enjoying the wildlife and scenic beauty of the Daintree River.
Groups of four to 16 people by prior arrangement can be made. Discounts are available. Personal Charters have the boat for yourself with Dave as your guide. You have a choice of two boats, electric engine and removable canopy. Recommended for fly, lure fishermen, birdwatchers and nature photographers.
All tours depart from the public wharf at the Cape Tribulation Ferry Crossing. Phone bookings are essential.

This calm water Fishing and Nature Tour with local owner/operator guide David Patterson targets Barramundi, Mangrove Jack, Fingermark, Trevally and Mudcrabs (when in season) whilst enjoying the scenic beauty of the Daintree River. Personal Charters can also be arranged for one or two hour cruises. There is a choice of two boats for this tour. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, food and drinks. Full wet weather gear is supplied.

Daintree River Fishing Coastal Sportsfishing Shared or Personal Charters
Fish local inshore reefs and wrecks with local owner/operator David Patterson targeting Spanish Mackerel, Tuna, Coral Trout, Nannygai and Sharks. Using a mixture of live baiting, lure fishing, fly fishing and trolling near coral reef edges you are sure to make a catch of the day. Quality bait, rods, reels and tackle supplied. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, food and drinks. Full wet weather gear is supplied.
