Their Amphora Range represent the very best of Symphony Hill and are unfiltered, unfined, and matured in unlined, handmade Tuscan terra cotta amphora, demonstrating what's possible when ancient wine making techniques meet cutting edge craftsmanship.

Their flagship red, the 5-Star Reserve Shiraz has won top gold at both the Sydney and Melbourne Royal Wine Shows and has been nominated for two trophies at the Royal Melbourne for Best Single Vineyard Wine and Best Shiraz. Served to Barack Obama, and Prince William and Princess Kate in Brisbane.

Their flagship white is their 5-Star Gewurztraminer which has been awarded Trophies at National Wine Show of Australia, Royal Queensland and Royal Melbourne Wine Shows.

Prior to becoming Senior Winemaker at Symphony Hill in 2019, Abraham De Klerk worked at many of the best wineries around the globe, making super Tuscan wines at Sassicaia in Italy, to working with three generations of French vignerons at Chateau Clos du Clocher in Pomerol, neighbours to Chateau Petrus and Le Pin.
