Sea World Whale Watch is the Gold Coast's Closest Operator to the Humpback Highway; spend less time in transit and more time with the whales! Departing from the Sea World Cruise Terminal in Main Beach, enjoy iconic views of the Gold Coast while cruising on the luxurious Spirit of Migaloo II vessel.

The cruises run up to six times a day from late May until early November, taking you to the Humpback Highway, where 40,000 whales pass close to Gold Coast shores on their annual migration.

Whale Watching Cruise

Reaching an ancient underwater corridor known as the Humpback Highway in just 20 minutes, enjoy a breathtaking vantage point of 35,000 migrating whales. Marvel at their spectacular and acrobatic aerial displays. See mother whales tenderly care for calves. Feel dwarfed by the size of gentle giants as they curiously approach the vessel.
