23 July 2026

Young people, parents and educators are invited to attend the free 'family programme' for an afternoon of creativity and inspiration.

Supported by Ipswich Libraries, the programme is ideal for young minds looking to connect with some of the nation's best authors and illustrators - all for free!

The family programme features two sessions: Lower Primary session and a Upper Primary session.

Upper Primary session with Nat Amoore: Bestselling author Nat Amoore will take young readers on a journey into adventure and creative thinking. Drawing on the themes from her award-winning novels, Nat will give students tools that spark curiosity and bring their own stories to life.

The Lower Primary session, headed by Andy Geppert, will explore picture books and the art of illustration. Young children will leave inspired to write, draw and tell their own stories.

Free with RSVP.
