Moonie Rural Transaction Centre (Moonie RTC) is a multi-purpose facility. This one-stop shop includes a fantastic library, the Visitor Information Centre, as well as offering Community Postal Agent services. The Centre also offers a delightful range of locally made arts and crafts.

As you arrive in Moonie, please feel free to stop and relax in the shade of the gum trees outside the Moonie RTC. Picnic tables are provided which offer a great spot to enjoy a light lunch amongst the birdlife. Following lunch, wander through the Centre and enjoy the locally made arts and crafts - a great place to pick up that special gift.

Learn about Moonie and the Moonie Oilfields' history with their many interpretive panels and Moonie Oilfields historical paraphernalia. Make sure you catch yourself a photo with "Clawdia" The Big Yabbie, located near the Centre.
