This free community event, proudly presented by the City of Moreton Bay, is a fun and engaging day for the whole family, celebrating sustainability, eco-friendly living and smarter waste management.
Discover practical ways to live more sustainably as you connect with leading sustainability experts, community organisations, horticulture specialists, conservationists, and fashion waste warriors.
We're also excited to welcome waste warrior Craig Reucassel, best known for diving into Australia's rubbish problem on ABC's The War on Waste.
Throughout the morning you'll find plenty of hands-on activities, workshops and interactive experiences for kids and adults alike, designed to inspire new ideas and help you build knowledge for a more eco-conscious lifestyle.
Getting there is easy. Free parking will be available onsite, but the campus is located right next to Petrie Station, making it simple to hop on a 50c train and avoid the hassle of parking.
Don't forget to bring your reusable water bottle as Unitywater will be onsite providing free chilled, filtered water refills.
Full program details will be announced later in the year.
