Their comfortable, modern space is open to all visitors to the Gold Coast including domestic and international tourists, Free and Independent Travellers (FIT), group tours, school excursions and conference delegates. And they cater to locals too with additional guest services.

The Tourism Lounge is an accredited Visitor Information Centre offering travel information, brochures, and itineraries. Staffed by skilled locals, the Centre can provide advice and can book tickets for things to see and do on The Gold Coast.
