Put on your best Akubra, get a little dust under the nails and head to The Golden Octopus Foundation Burdekin R.U.M Weekend. Experience a weekend long program of rodeo, utes, music and just good old fashioned fun. Cheer on Australia’s best Bull Riders from lunch time on Saturday and then dance the night away with live entertainment from The Keely Johnson Band followed by Australia’s biggest country rock band, The Wolfe Brothers.
Rise and shine on Sunday and experience North Queensland’s biggest Ute Muster featuring a stellar line up of entertainment including leading and Trans-Tasman Entertainer of the Year, Mason Hope, Toowoomba rising country music artist Amanda Faulkner, and 2017 Charters Towers Country Music Festival Champion Jack McDougall.
With onsite camping available all weekend, a licenced bar and an array of food and beverages to purchase there’s no reason to leave! Yeeehaaa!
