Terms and Conditions

By entering into this Promotion, all entrants to this Promotion are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:

1. The Promoter is Tourism and Events Queensland of Level 8, 515 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley, Qld 4006.

2. To be eligible to enter into this Promotion, participants must be:

(i) over the age of 18;

(ii) existing subscribers to Tourism and Events Queensland’s e-newsletter and email marketing communications;

(iii) currently reside in Australia; and 

(iv) have an incomplete subscriber profile within the TEQ email subscriber database(“Eligible Participants”).   

3. Only one entry per person into this Promotion is permitted.

4. To enter into the Promtion, Eligible Participants must:

(i) visit https://t.e.queensland.com/lp/preferenceCentre during the specified Competition Period; and

(ii) complete the missing subscriber information https://t.e.queensland.com/lp/preferenceCentre

5. The Promotion opens on 14 August 2025 and closes on 21 August 2025 (“Competition Period”).

6. Eligible Participants who enter into the Promotion will be entered into a draw to win the following Prize:

(i) 2 x Premium tickets for a show date of your choosing of “Pretty Woman: The Musical”;

(ii) A backstage tour; and

(iii) A meet and greet with the cast (subject to cast availability) (“Prize”)

7. This Prize is only one Prize to be won by one Eligible Participant who has entered into the Promotion.

8. The winner of the Promotion will be selected by random draw.  The drawing of the Prize will be conducted by the Promoter on 25 August 2025. The winner will be notified by email immediately following the draw.    The winner must claim the Prize by 5.00pm on 27 August 2025.  If the Prize is not claimed by the winner during the time specified above, the Prize will automatically be forfeited.  A re-draw for any unclaimed Prize will take place at the Promoter’s discretion.  

9. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash and is subject to the conditions of the relevant provider.   

10. All expenses outside of the stated Prize inclusions are at the cost and responsibility of the winner.

11.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize or any variation in the Prize advertised and the Prize provided.  

12. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of winning a Prize.

13. The winners accept that the Promoter may use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes.

14. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify:

(i) any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the competition process;

(ii) any entries that the Promoter considers manipulative, unrepresentative, or disproportionate;

(iii) any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the competition process.

15. The Promoter’s decision concerning any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
