South Brisbane

South Brisbane, Brisbane Area
The inner city suburb of South Brisbane has undergone a renaissance in recent years to become one of Brisbane's most popular areas. Once full of warehouses, factories, and wharves, South Brisbane underwent an incredible metamorphosis when the derelict industrial area on the banks of the Brisbane River was transformed into the site of the World Expo in 1988.

Noosa Heads

Noosa Heads, Noosa Area
Combine natural beauty with award-winning restaurants and a sleepy-town atmosphere and you'll get an idea of what Noosa has to offer. Listed as an official Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, Noosa is home to a range of pristine natural environments - from waterways full of birdlife to rocky headlands where you can watch whales swim past.

Newstead

Newstead, Brisbane Area
Cool craft beer and live music are a feature of this funky inner-city neighbourhood adjacent to Fortitude Valley. Newstead Brewing Co offers more than 10 house-brewed beers, which can be paired with a selection of tasty and sophisticated pub-style eats.

Hamilton

Hamilton, Brisbane Area
Towards the river, Portside Wharf sits among trendy riverside apartments, boasting modern, world-class restaurants, designer fashion, an art-house Dendy cinema and cruise terminal. Northshore Hamilton is also home to the Eat Street Markets, an Asian-styled street market where delicious offerings of international food are dished out from pop-up shipping container kitchens amid fairy lights and relaxing lounge areas as live performers and musicians add life and colour to the scene.

Coolum Beach

Coolum Beach, Sunshine Coast Area
It’s not Everest – but Mount Coolum has its own claim to fame as the second largest rock in the world. A grand volcanic dome that offers 360 degree views of the region, the mountain presides over the landscape of leafy backstreets and this beautiful coastal town.

Tewantin

Tewantin, Noosa Area
Tewantin is a small, friendly village located on the Noosa River and is the launching point for the vehicular ferry to the Noosa North Shore, the Great Sandy National Park and Fraser Island. Historic Tewantin was originally a timber town and the river port for the Noosa area.
