Ironbark Ridge and Spotted Gum Walking Trails

Ironbark Ridge and Spotted Gum Walking Trails are set amongst the tranquil grassy open forest of Sheepstation Creek Conservation Park in Upper Caboolture and can be accessed from the Grey Gum Circuit. Both short walking trails cross the middle of the park and connect to the Grey Gum Circuit at each end.

Mount Blaine Hiking Track

The Mount Blaine Hiking Track forms part of the Flinders-Goolman Conservation Estate managed by Ipswich City Council, and is accessed from the Flinders Plum Picnic Area off Mt Flinders Road in Peak Crossing, just south of Ipswich.

Did you know that Mount Coolum is the second largest rock in the world after Uluru? This impressive dome-shaped rock is 208 metres high and offers spectacular views of the coast and hinterland. There are several sets of stone steps to help you reach the summit.

Caves circuit, Lamington National Park

Heading off through dense eucalypt forest, keep your eyes aloft as you might just see a koala sitting sleepily in the branches. Take in the brilliant views into the Coomera Valley, the Darlington Range and rhyolite cliff line.

Wet Tropics Great Walk

Prepare yourself for a really memorable two day walking experience through these ancient palm-filled gullies, rainforests and open forests. The Buujan Quiinbiira (Boo-jun quin bee-rr-ar) walk starts at Wallaman Falls in the Girringun National Park and winds its way over the Herbert River to the Yamanie pick-up point.

Coral Coast Pathways (Moore Park Beach Section)

Coral Coast Pathways begins from the north starting at Moore Park Beach. The walk starts from the entrance around the lagoon and lookout precinct, following the coastline through Bob Nielson Park and Recreational Hub to Claude Dooley Park.

Rotary Walk

A number of shared paths meander around lakes and gardens, with viewing platforms doted along the way where you can rest and watch the abundant birdlife. Fun outdoor exercise equipment can be found in some areas.

Gudda Gumoo (Rainbow Waters)

Blackdown, Central Highlands Area
Gudda Gumoo (Rainbow Waters) tracks are located in the Blackdown Tableland National Park. Rising abruptly above the surrounding dry plains, Blackdown Tableland protects spectacular sandstone scenery at the north-eastern edge of the Central Queensland sandstone belt.

Historic Childers Street Walk

The township of Childers is set on top of rolling hills of red soil framed by green fields on sugar cane, avocados and macadamias. This walk will take you through the variety of architectural styles from past to present that Childers township has to offer reflecting its many food production industries.

Ford Road Conservation Area Tracks

The walk is located at the southern end of the track system to J.C. Trotter Memorial Park in Brisbane. It is a multi-use trail network and forms part of the Koala Bushland Coordinated Conservation Area.
