Premier Invitational Tournament 2018

The Premier Invitational Tournament is one of Australia's prestigious football (Soccer) tournaments. Club teams, SAP teams, Junior Premier League teams and National Premier League teams will travel from Cairns, South East Australia, NSW, USA and New Zealand to compete for the Premier Invitational Cup.

The tournament was established in 2012 with two age groups (Under 8's and Under 9's) competing in the inaugural year. The tournament has grown an age group every year. 2018 will see the tournament cater for Under 8's to Under 15's. In addition to this 2018 will also cater for Under 11's and Under 13 Girl's.

Under 8 to Under 11 teams will play on July 6 to 8, Competition teams will play from July 10 to 12. Games for the boys age groups on Friday will determine if teams proceed to the Premier Invitational Cup or whether they will compete in the Premier Plate.

All boys teams will play nine games, all girls teams will play nine games.

They are proud to be receiving support from Gold Coast Council, Cr Bob La Castra, MP Ros Bates, Von Bibra, NVSG, Red Lion Football and the many volunteers of the Gold Coast Football Community.

Coonarr

Coonarr Beach is a 4.2 kilometre long, east facing beach that begins amongst the tidal shoals of the Elliott River mouth, then runs straight down to the smaller mouth of Coonarr Creek. The Hummock
