NightQuarter, located on the Gold Coast, is an eclectic night market transforming what once was an empty block opposite the Helensvale train station. Enter beneath the shipping container archway and be transported to another world of market stalls, street food, live music and shipping container boutiques. With string lights above, vibrant storefronts, hawkers selling exotic street food, buskers and street performers, take an adventure through the shipping container city. With over 120 speciality food purveyors, designers, musicians and craftspeople, there is something new to discover every weekend.

Discover a moveable feast of mix-and-match eats from gozleme to souvlaki, funnel cakes to cronuts in shipping container micro-restaurants. Queensland’s best purveyors have been hand-selected, with a curated mix of handmade crafts, emerging fashion, desserts and vintage collectables. With six distinctive bars, find cocktails, craft beers and local Queensland wine. Every weekend, find a line-up of the Gold Coast’s best emerging artists, travelling musicians and the country’s biggest touring acts.

NightQuarter is open every Friday and Saturday night from 4pm to10pm.

Augathella

Tambo Dam

At the town's southern entrance lies the picturesque Tambo Dam and parklands. A habitat for water birds and wildlife, a place for rest and relaxation. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the grassy areas for picnics and make use of the barbecues provided.

Amby

Amby, Maranoa Area
Amby, originally called Amby Creek, became a township in 1883 and forms part of the eastern boundary of the Outback region. It can best be described as where the grain and the grazing belts meet. The Old Stage Changeover Shanty - known to the locals as Netting Hole - dates back to 1875 and is located on the northern side of town, along the Warrego Highway near Amby Downs waterhole.

Morven

Morven, Murweh Area
In 1859 on the mail route from Brisbane to Charleville, a small area was taken from the property Victoria Downs and set aside for public use and designated on maps and documents as 'Victoria Downs Reserve'.

In semi-arid, south-western Queensland, Tregole National Park straddles the boundary between two of the state’s natural regions, the brigalow belt and the mulga lands. The park protects a small, almost pure stand of ooline Cadellia pentastylis, an attractive dry rainforest tree dating back to the Ice Ages.
