Mulgowie Gift and Fun Run

The 2018 Mulgowie Fun Run and Gift event at the Mulgowie Cricket Ground is on September 1.

The Fun Run commences at 7am and will be followed by other events on the day including the Mulgowie Markets from 8am, Laidley Little Athletics events at 9am and the Mulgowie Gift Heats from 9.30am (this is a AUD4000 event), as well as social races from 10.30am.

Fun Run:
Arrive at 6:30am to register for a 7am start. Choose from either a 5 kilometre walk/run or a 10 kilometre run. Small prizes will be given for participation.

Mulgowie Gift:
Entries close on August 25, get your entries in quick! There are some great prizes to be won on the day. The Mulgowie Gift commences at 9.30am with the Mulgowie Gift Finals after the social races.

Kirra

Snapper Rocks

Snapper Rocks is a small rocky outcrop on the northern side of Point Danger at the southern end of Rainbow Bay on the Gold Coast. Snapper is a point break forming the first part of the man-made Superbank which extends from Snapper Rocks Point, through Rainbow Bay, Greenmount Point, Coolangatta Beach, and Kirra, for a distance of around two kilometres.
