The Oakwood Caravan Park is an owner/operated country Caravan Park within short driving distances to the Bundaberg Town Centre, Mon Repos Turtle Rookery, The Bundaberg Rum Distillery, the Hinkler Hall of Aviation within the grounds of the Botanical Gardens. Visitors can also access Moore Park Beach, Bargara Beach, Bundaberg Port/Marina and the Hummock.

Oakwood Caravan Park is situated on a rise in sub-tropical surrounds on the northern outskirts of Bundaberg. It is seven kilometres out from town on the Gin Gin Road close to the Strawberry Farm near the turn-off to Agnes Waters and Town of 1770. This park offers the traveller accommodation in cabins, and powered sites with very clean amenities.

Our Rooms

Either grassed sites when available or sites with a concrete slab close to the amenities.

Self contained ensuited cabins which are air conditioned. Facilities include colour television, kitchenette, crockery and cutlery, and all linen is provided.

Two cabins have two separate bedrooms, one has a double bed, the second two single bunks.
Three cabins have a separate bedroom with a double bed, and two single bunks opposite the ensuite. Two cabins have only a double bed with kitchen and ensuite.

Shady grassed camp sites close to the barbecue area and the amenities block. All sites are now powered.

Mount Fox

Located south-west of Ingham, Mount Fox was created by a violent volcanic explosion about 100000 years ago. In the explosion, a lava flow 10 metres thick spewed from the southern end of the crater and chunks of molten magma were thrown out of the volcano's vent.

Mount Beerwah
