Bundaberg East Cabin and Tourist Park is the ideal location to base your sightseeing adventures while exploring the City of Bundaberg, Coral Coast and Country, located approximately 366 kilometres (five hours) drive north of Brisbane City or fly into Bundaberg Airport directly from Brisbane in just 45 minutes.

Situated on Princess Street - Bargara Road, on the eastern side of town, just two and half kilometres from the Central Business District, offering a choice of one and two bedroom self catering cabin accommodation, camping, caravan and motorhome sites with private en-suite or share facilities (camping). Park facilities: - Campers kitchen, pool, barbecues, playground, laundry, Tour Booking Service.

Conveniently located within walking distance to the famous Bundaberg Rum Distillery and the Bundaberg Barrel (Home of the Bundaberg Ginger Beer), convenience shop, bakery, chemist, hairdresser, bowls club, hotel, bus at door and courtesy buses are available to major clubs, a short drive to cinemas, restaurants and sporting venues.

Close proximity to the Natural Wonder - Mon Repos Turtle Rookery, Bargara Beach, Port of Bundaberg, and the Environmental Baldwin Swamp, plus plenty to see and do.

Our Rooms

Tourist Villa

Villas - two bedrooms, self catering with a private external en-suite. Main bedroom queen bed, second bedroom - three styles: two single beds or a holiday bunk - double on the bottom and single bed on the top, or set of single bunks and single bed (some Villas also have a fold out sofa/bed), kitchen; lounge; outdoor veranda, these Villas have linen provided and cooking facilities. There is one car space at each site.

Standard Ensuite Cabin

Standard One Bedroom Ensuite Cabin is self-contained and air-conditioned, with a queen bed and single bed and all linen is provided. The Cabins are basic and clean and available for an overnight stay or extended stay. A small outdoor setting. There is one car space at each Cabin.

Ensuite Tourist Sites

The Ensuite sites are powered and spacious and easily accommodate all size caravans, large motorhomes and Fifth Wheelers with several extra large sites which can easily accommodate a bus. All feature private shower and toilet facilities (ensuite); double concrete pads; television connection points; well maintained grass surrounds. There is one car space at each site.

Camp/Tent Site

Large grass sites with shared ensuite facilities, power to each site, water connection and sullage provided. Close to all the Park facilities for example the Pool, Camp Kitchen and Laundry. This area is grassy and flat and kept exclusively for small and large tents and camper trailers only (not caravans).

Deluxe  Cabin

For the person or couple who enjoy comfort, the Deluxe Ensuite Cabins are self-contained with cooking facilities and all linen provided, an ensuite, queen bed and fold out sofa/bed. The cabins sleep two to three guests. A spacious Verandah with outdoor furniture setting to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

Superior Ensuite Cabin

Spacious two bedroom self-contained cabin with veranda, ensuite, and large lounge/dining area. Ideal for a family with plenty of room for everyone. The cabin has a queen bed, double bed and fold out sofa bed, with all linen provided. The cabin sleeps four to five guests. There is one car space.

Mount Fox

For Four Wheel Drive enthusiasts, Coongarra Rock and Falls provide an opportunity to explore rocky outcrops, caves, rock pools and natural vegetation. It is possible to climb the rock but should only be attempted by fit and experienced bushwalkers.

Mount Beerwah
