Chalk Circuit

The Chalk Circuit trail forms part of the Flinders-Goolman Conservation Estate managed by Ipswich City Council, and is accessed from the Hardings Paddock Picnic Area off Carmichael's Road in Purga, just South of Ipswich.

Federation Walk is a 3.5 kilometre pedestrian walkway located on a natural section of the area known as The Spit. Federation Walk begins at a fig tree in the parking lot opposite the entrance to Sea World.

Goolman Lookout via Rocky Knoll Lookout Trail

Ipswich Area
The Goolman Lookout via Rocky Knoll Lookout trail forms part of the Flinders-Goolman Conservation Estate managed by Ipswich City Council, and is accessed from the Hardings Paddock Picnic Area off Carmichael's Road in Purga, just South of Ipswich.

Wivenhoe Hill Trails

There is a 16 kilometre multi-use trail network at Wivenhoe Hill, offering spectacular views of the lake. These trails are suitable for mountain bike riders, horse riders, walkers and trail runners. The Wivenhoe Hill Trail entrance is located off Fig Tree Rd, via the Hay Road exit on the Brisbane Valley Highway.

Coastal walk, Noosa National Park

Noosa Heads, Noosa Area
In popular Noosa National Park, follow the shoreline between Noosa Headland day-use area and Sunshine Beach, on this walk, passing over several headlands boasting outstanding views across coastal she-oaks and pandanus palms.

Banksia Track, Burrum Coast National Park

Mount Tempest track is on Moreton Island National Park, which features crystal clear creeks and lagoons, coastal heath, rocky headlands, abundant wildflowers, tall sand dunes, an historic lighthouse, ruins of coastal forts and miles of sandy beaches.

Bluff Point circuit, Capricorn Coast National Park

Yeppoon, Livingstone Area
Explore the Bluff Point circuit in the Bluff Point section of Capricorn Coast National Park, and enjoy panoramic views of the Capricorn coastline and the Keppel Bay islands. Climb the steep 600 metres to Turtle Lookout to admire the flooded hill tops of the Keppel Bay islands and spot turtles swimming in the water beneath you.
