Churches of Bundaberg

Starting off at the graceful Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Barolin Street this walk will take in the spectacular architecture and history of the Churches located in Bundaberg. This walk includes Churches of all different faiths.

Ironbark Ridge and Spotted Gum Walking Trails

Ironbark Ridge and Spotted Gum Walking Trails are set amongst the tranquil grassy open forest of Sheepstation Creek Conservation Park in Upper Caboolture and can be accessed from the Grey Gum Circuit. Both short walking trails cross the middle of the park and connect to the Grey Gum Circuit at each end.

Hill Inlet Lookout Track, Whitsunday Islands National Park

Whitsundays, Whitsunday Area
Hike this short uphill walk to lookouts on the crest of Tongue Bay and admire breathtaking vistas over the inlet. Marvel at the ever-changing shapes of blue water and white silica sand created by the moving tides.

Denmark Hill Conservation Reserve Trails

Ipswich City, Ipswich Area
Denmark Hill Conservation Reserve is within walking distance of Ipswich Central. Walking tracks lead to the water tower and provide 360 degree views of Ipswich City and of a clear day, all the way to Brisbane.

Morans Falls track, Lamington National Park

Multiple Locations
Subtropical rainforest of booyongs, figs and brush box flank the track for the 140 metre stroll to the lookout over Morans Falls. Plummeting 80 metres to the valley floor, Morans Falls fluctuates between a thunderous roar after rain, to a gentle trickle in the drier months.

Mount Ngungun summit walking track, Glass House Mountains National Park

The Glass House Mountains National Park is noted for its distinctive craggy peaks that tower above the surrounding landscape. Formed by volcanic activity millions of years, these ancient rocky outcrops are of special significance to the Gubbi Gubbi Aboriginal people.

Rotary Walk

A number of shared paths meander around lakes and gardens, with viewing platforms doted along the way where you can rest and watch the abundant birdlife. Fun outdoor exercise equipment can be found in some areas.

Double Head Track

Rosslyn, Livingstone Area
With glorious views of Rosslyn Bay Harbour, the Keppel Bay islands and the Byfield Ranges - it would be a good idea to pack your camera for this walk. Located in the Double Head section of the Capricorn Coast National Park, this trail is sometimes called the Fan Rock Track or Rosslyn Bay Lookout track by locals.

Araucaria track, D'Aguilar National Park

Starting at Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre, in D'Aguilar National Park, this walk winds along the forested shores of picturesque Enoggera Reservoir, before looping back around one of the reservoir's peninsulas.

Eddie Santaguiliana Way

Travel by train or drive to Cleveland and commence a walk to Thornlands via the Eddie Santaguiliana Way. The trail is primarily off road on constructed one metre to three metre footpath. Small sections are on suburban footpaths or on road cycleway.
