Bunjurgen Estate Vineyard

Bunjurgen, Scenic Rim Area

Bunjurgen Estate Vineyard produces award winning Rose styles made solely from grapes grown on the property, a still Shiraz Verjuice and an exciting fortified selection of a White, a Cherry and a Tawny Fortifieds - with their Famous Bunyip the icon and signature offering. Wine tastings are conducted in a very relaxed and informal manner outdoors under a jacaranda tree with an open fire on cold days: in summer either outdoors, in the shade or even in the Barrel Room at 15 to 18 degrees Celsius on the very hot days!

Four picnic areas are provided and visitors are welcome to bring their own food and enjoy the facilities, views and peace. There is a walking track through the vineyard and the range of natural trees and dams on the 24 hectare property are home to a variety of birds: occasionally kangaroos graze on the property. The property has superb views of the Dividing Range, Mount French and other prominent landmarks.

Weddings and functions are hosted at the Vineyard at selected times.

The vineyard has established a strong reputation for hospitality, quality, and generosity of spirit and is a very pleasant spot to linger.
