Mackay Marina to Eimeo Hotel

The Marina Precinct boasts an array of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the luxury Clarion Hotel Mackay Marina.

A short stroll from the Marina precinct is Harbour Beach, lush parks with barbecue facilities and a thriving Yacht Club, where on weekends you can join in the fun of social sailing. Harbour Beach is also a favourite fishing spot with the locals who catch jew, mackerel, trevally, bream and tuna here. Picturesque and patrolled Eimeo Beach is popular with locals, beach goers and anglers.

After spending some time at Eimeo Beach, head to the Eimeo Pacific Hotel on the cliff top for a cool drink or meal. Overlooking Eimeo Beach, the Coral Sea and islands, it's known as the pub which serves "lunch with the million-dollar view". Owned by the same family for more than 70 years, patrons have the best views in town overlooking Brampton, Keswick and St Bees islands.
