Gather your friends and family for a fun-filled afternoon of premium wine, delicious food, carols, entertainment, lantern making and parade, a visit from Santa and fireworks. The perfect way to start your festive season!

Entertainment:

• The Red Tie Band will entertain the crowds from 4.30pm to 9pm with a collection of Christmas carols and cover songs
• Lantern making from 3pm to 6pm followed by a lantern parade at 7pm
• Santa will be arriving at Sirromet with the chance for kids to have their photo taken from 4pm to 6pm (photos will cost AUD5 with all proceeds going to charity)
• Kids rides from 3pm
• Fireworks at 8pm

Food and beverages:

• Tuscan Terrace will be open serving pizza, hot chips and desert from 3.30pm to 7.30pm
• Cellar Door Café will be open serving coffee, cakes and gelati from 3.30pm to late
• Picnic Hampers are available for pre- order and can be picked up on the day at the Cellar Door from 2pm to 5pm
• Additional food trucks will be serving food from 3pm
• Pop up bars will be available including a new summer spritz bar from 3pm

Boat Rock Dive Site

Boat Rock is an action packed dive site located off Brisbane’s North Stradbroke Island. While always a sensational dive, it is the least dive site in the area as it is generally washed by strong currents, is a tricky spot to anchor and is a site best suited to experienced divers.

Amity Point Dive Site

Amity Point is Brisbane’s most popular shore diving destination, but technically you still need to board a boat at some time to reach it. Located on the northwest tip of North Stradbroke Island, inside Moreton Bay, Amity Point has a rocky reef where numerous car bodies have been dumped.

Shag Rock Dive Site

Shag Rock is located off Brisbane’s North Stradbroke Island and is one of those all-weather sites that is very under-appreciated at times. Surrounding Shag Rock are rocky reefs and coral gardens in depths from six to 20 metres.

Karragarra Island

Karragarra is a great day-trip destination and is the smallest of the Southern Moreton Bay Islands, about half a kilometre wide and four kilometres long. The experience starts with a short water taxi ride from Redland Bay.

Located halfway between two of North Stradbroke Island’s most popular dive sites, Shag Rock and Flat Rock, is large rocky ridge known as Middle Reef. There are a number of dive sites at Middle Reef, in depths from 12 metres to 33 metres, where divers can explore ledges, caves and rocky walls.

Lamb Island

Get away from it all and rest in the peaceful and tranquil waters of Moreton Bay. Lamb Island was known by the Aboriginal people of Moreton Bay as Nguderoo, or paperbark trees. It is the second smallest of the Southern Moreton Bay Islands, is easily navigable, has a general store, recreation club and a swimming enclosure for cooling off in the bay waters.
