Sculpture on the Edge

Maleny, Sunshine Coast Area

Now in its seventh year, nationally recognised Sculpture on the Edge is a contemporary three-dimensional (3D) exhibition presented by Arts Connect Inc. in the Sunshine Coast’s Hinterland from September 29 to October 23. The exhibition has been presented at Spicers Tamarind Retreat since 2012. This year they are proud to have the continued support of Spicers Tamarind Retreat as Event Sponsor. 39 pieces of sculpture have been selected as finalists by over 30 artists.

There are a number of awards; Major prize AUD5,000 cash prize and Second Prize. There are also other non acquisitive awards; Environmental Award, Emerging Artist Award, Hinterland Artist Awards, First Time Entrant Award, People's Choice Award. The Exhibition is open to local, national and international Artists.
