Learn to make Ricotta, Halloumi and Cultured Butter – quickly and easily! The class is perfect for the complete beginner or seasoned cheesemaker, you can either just observe with a glass of wine or get hands on.
This is a cheese making workshop where you will learn about milk selection for cheese making, inoculating and renneting the milk and finally how to turn the curd into the final cheese and cream into butter.
Class size is limited to eight people.
A comprehensive hands-on approach of how to make: Ricotta, Halloumi and Cultured Butter with hands-on experience. You will take your cheese and butter home with you.
Everything you need for the workshop is provided, including a light dinner of artisan bread, cheeses and preserves to enjoy.
You will need to bring an apron and head scarf/chef hat.
