Tremaine Accommodation Wing

Four spacious ensuite rooms with queen, king or twin beds. Tastefully decorated with large bathroom, air-conditioning and large veranda overlooking the tropical gardens. Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. Cot or rollaway bed available. Communal lounge and reference library.

Two bedroom family unit in historic Red Mill House. It has a separate lounge, utility area, bathroom and toilet. One bedroom has twin beds, the other has a queen bed. Suitable for a family of four or for three adults.

The unit has direct access to the garden. There is a communal lounge and verandah upstairs.

Hallorans Hill Conservation Park

Tolga is within approximately eight kilometres from Atherton, travelling through the rainforest canopied Kennedy Highway. Tolga presents a quaint little town with good examples of early Queensland architecture.

Wongabel State Forest

This state forest protects a remnant of an endangered type of forest, known as mabi forest. Here, in 1903, red cedar seedlings were planted in the forest to replace mature trees which had been logged. Commercial plantations of hoop, kauri and Caribbean pine now grow beside native forest.
