Poona is located on the mainland, opposite Fraser Island, and is popular with holiday makers who enjoy peaceful surroundings, plenty of space and good fishing from boats or the beach.

The Poona Palms Caravan Park is set on five grassed acres offering fully renovated in 2015 one bedroom units, and fully renovated in 2016 three bedroom unit that sleeps up to seven people. Keep an eye out for their new cabins coming soon, as well as caravan and tent sites. They have also put a waterslide into the pool.

Pets are allowed conditionally, and there is a kiosk on-site. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at Poona Palms Caravan Park.

Our Rooms

The Standard One Bedroom holiday units are fully air-conditioned, have a separate bedroom with double bed, bathroom, open plan room with triple single bunks and kitchen. Sleeps up to five persons. All linen, blankets and towels supplied.

The Standard Three Bedroom holiday units have three separate bedrooms, sleeping a total of seven people. Main bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has two single beds and third bedroom has bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top.

All linen, blankets and towels provided.
