Australia's famous Tully River white-water will host the 2018 Pre-Worlds White Water Rafting Championship event. Here you can see world class athletes take on the most challenging rapids in Australia.
In Tropical North Queensland south of Cairns the town of Tully sits between the World Heritage Rainforests and the Great Barrier Reef. Gateway to the renowned Tully River, capital of Australia's white water rafting for over 30 years.
The 2018 Pre World's, a build up to the 2019 IRF World Rafting Championships – R6 (6 person rafts), will also be the Australian White Water Rafting National titles with entries open to rafting teams in Australia and from around the world.
Along the Queensland Tropical Coast, between Cairns and Townsville, you will experience iconic Islands including Hinchinbrook and Dunk, and the local towns of Cardwell, Mission Beach and Innisfail. 'Designed by Nature' is the slogan for this coast set amongst the two World Heritage Listed areas.
Tully River is famous for its rapids and presents an adventure for rafters from all over the world. For the 2018 Pre World's it will be the challenge for the worlds best white-water rafters.
