The Hillside Villas were built around 1982. They were designed by the famous Australian architect Harry Seidler.

The Villas are on two levels, each villa accommodates four adults making it the perfect spot for a golfing weekend with a group of friends or a family getaway.

Their fully self contained villa include a wide range of premium modern features which include two bedrooms (one king bed an one queen bed( with separate ensuites for each. There is a full kitchen, lounge, dining room and laundry. There is also an outside patio with its own barbecue. The villa is fully air-conditioned, it also has timber shutters to all windows and doors.

Kooralbyn is a very scenic part of the Scenic Rim on the Queensland side of the border ranges. It is a small but a very peaceful place to unwind and just relax in such a beautiful wildlife corridor. A wonderful valley to visit with beautiful scenery, sunrises, sunsets and food. It is a wonderful place to relax and reboot.

Lady Caroline is a luxury two story villa (stairs), two bedrooms, two ensuites and is fully self contained. There is a lounge, dining, kitchen and laundry all with modern appliances. It is fully air-conditioned and has a private outside courtyard and barbecue. It is all quality furnishings, linen and toiletries.
