Studio and 1 Bedroom Villa

Comfort and style in a perfect setting. Studios are thoughtfully separated for complete privacy, providing a luxurious west-facing base to experience ten acres of natural bushland. The one bedroom villa faces east into a private bush gulley. One studio has ramp access and complies with the Australian Standard for disability access and facilities.

Each villa has a barbecue and glorious panoramic views of the Broadwater valley and spectacular granite landscape.

Each studio features a log fire and a queen-sized bed. Guests will also find the unexpected touches like the High Definition LCD Television, DVD sound system with input for an IPod/mp3 player, reverse cycle air-conditioning and kitchen.

The one bedroom villa is identical to the studio floor plan but has a separate sleeping area.

2 Bedroom Villa

Comfort and style in a perfect setting. Two bedroom villa thoughtfully separated for complete privacy, providing a luxurious west-facing base to experience 10 acres of natural bush-land.

The villa features a log fire and spacious outdoor setting on the verandah. You will also find the unexpected touches like the High Definition LCD Television, DVD sound system with input for an ipod/mp3 player, reverse cycle air-conditioning and kitchen. Bedroom one is set up with a Queen Bed, bedroom two can be set up as a King Bed or two single beds. The lounge contains a sofa divan that converts to a double bed. Unit is suitable for four guests but can be configured to six. Ideal for a family or two couples.

Studio Villa - Ramp Access

Comfort and style in a perfect setting. This studio is thoughtfully separated for complete privacy, providing a luxurious west-facing base to experience ten acres of natural bushland. The studio has ramp access and complies with the Australian Standard for disability access and facilities.

The bathroom has a open wet area shower and grab rails. Attached laundry and gardens are all accessible by ramps.

The villa features a log fire and a king-sized bed. The king bed can be configured into king singles if required.

Guests will also find a High Definition LCD Television, DVD sound system with input for an IPod/mp3 player, reverse cycle air-conditioning and kitchen.

A hooded barbecue is located on the spacious verandah. Comfort and style in a perfect setting.
