Brigalow Creek is well known for its water-lilies and fishing for golden perch and jewfish. The creek runs the length of Meandarra, and features a walking track, picnic and barbeque area, and overnight camping facilities. In summer the water lilies are a beautiful sight along the creek. Apex Park is located at the northern end of the creek.
The campground is a large, flat, grassy area on the banks of the creek. With lots of shady trees, the area offers powered and unpowered sites for caravans and campers with toilet and shower facilities.
