Le Queensland a la chance d’être l’un des deux seuls Etats d’Australie offrant la possibilité de faire un câlin à un koala ! Une expérience animale parmi les plus emblématiques (et attendrissantes) au monde.

Les zoos et sanctuaires ne manquent pas pour vous rapprocher au plus près de ces adorables boules de poils et de prendre un « selfie » avec un koala que vous pourrez ensuite montrer à vos amis.

  • le long des chemins de randonnée du Parc national de Noosa sur la Sunshine Coast.
  • le Daisy Hill Koala Park de Brisbane est une réserve naturelle où les koalas sont chez eux.
  • Magnetic Island, au large de Townsville, accueille la plus grande colonie sauvage de koalas du Queensland. Rendez-vous à Forts Walk, le meilleur endroit de l’île pour les voir.
