The Bunya Mountains Community Markets are held on the last Sunday of every month from 9am to 2pm. Enjoy over 20 market stalls with locally grown produce, homemade products, art and craft. Located within the iconic Bunya Mountains National Park the markets make for a fantastic day out for the entire family.

Some of the ‘must-tries’ include a variety of food made with the local Bunya nuts, such as the Bunya burgers, beef and Bunya pies, scones, carrot cake and the famous Bunya nut ice-cream. There is plenty of space to sit, relax and enjoy a picnic lunch.

There is something magical about the Bunya Mountains that forces its visitors to relax; a unique combination of crisp clean mountain air, soaring pines and majestic scenery. Spend days doing as much or as little as you desire. Enjoy a short or long bushwalk, horse cart ride, or immerse yourself in this a bird watcher’s paradise.
