After a year of detailed renovation, The Farmhouse Eumundi opened its Hamptons style doors in May 2017. Since then, we have gained a reputation for meticulous service, attention to detail and premium guest experience.

Wake to the gentle sounds of the country followed by Ela's Famous Farmhouse Breakfast on the deck, whilst overlooking the 23 rich acres. After breakfast, wander down to the paddock to feed the chickens, alpacas and friendly horses, Spot and Lulu.

With the pristine beaches of Noosa and Coolum just 20 minutes away, and a plethora of entertainment on the doorstep, The Farmhouse Eumundi offers guests the chance to reconnect whilst enjoying the peace and tranquillity. Enjoy a dip in the pool, a walk through the sun dappled lanes, a game of tennis, a picnic next to the babbling creek, a stroll to the eclectic Eumundi town, or soak up the quiet serenity with a book in the sun-filled lounge or pool deck.

Our Rooms

Queen rooms, King Suites and Family Retreat

The Farmhouse Eumundi has two separate accommodation houses - the main building known as the Farmhouse and the adjacent Guesthouse. If requested, guests are able to book the entire Guesthouse, which includes two king suites, large deck, entertainers lounge and dining room - sleeping 10 in total.

The Farmhouse itself has two private queen rooms with the convenience of being located in the main house with access to the guest dining room, lounge and kitchen. In addition there is a cosy two-bedroom self-contained retreat on the ground floor, perfect for families.

Guests share the Farmhouse lounge, and dining areas with your helpful and caring hosts who live at, and care for the property, and who are more than happy to interact with you when you desire.

Snapper Rocks

Snapper Rocks is a small rocky outcrop on the northern side of Point Danger at the southern end of Rainbow Bay on the Gold Coast. Snapper is a point break forming the first part of the man-made Superbank which extends from Snapper Rocks Point, through Rainbow Bay, Greenmount Point, Coolangatta Beach, and Kirra, for a distance of around two kilometres.

Cook Island, a short boat trip from the Gold Coast, is an accessible and appealing dive site for all experience levels. Hard and soft corals cover the bottom in some areas, with boulders forming walls and caves descending to the sandy sea floor in others.

Currumbin Waters

Currumbin is an inspiring beachfront community where the epic Currumbin Creek waterway links to the pristine rainforest mountains of the region when heading west. Currumbin Creek and the Alley, the entrance to the ocean, offer a protected and patrolled haven for all kinds of active water sports, particularly stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking.

Tallebudgera Valley

Its formal name is Tallebudgera Valley but in true Aussie minimalist style, you'll probably hear locals around these parts refer to it as the Tally Valley. However you prefer to wrap your mouth around it, this lush valley at the back of Tallebudgera Beach leads you into emerald-green farmland and natural forests and the relaxed ambience for which the southern Gold Coast is renowned.

Palm Beach

If the Gold Coast had a middle child it would possibly be Palm Beach, nestled between Tallebudgera Creek on one side and Currumbin Creek on the other. But don't for one minute think this destination is dull.

Nine Mile Reef Dive Site

Nine Mile Reef, off Tweed Heads, has a reputation among locals as being a “sharky” spot. All year long, a good population of wobbegongs call the reef home, but are joined by leopard sharks in summer and grey nurse sharks in winter.

Currumbin

The coastal nook of Currumbin on the Southern Gold Coast is a haven of pristine beaches and calm waterways attracting surfers and SUP enthusiasts by the dozen. Swim in the sheltered waters of Tallebudgera Creek and the Currumbin Rock Pools and test your balance kite-surfing or kayaking.

Kirra Reef Dive Site

Not far from Kirra Beach, one of the Gold Coast’s top surfing destinations, is one of its most interesting dive sites; Kirra Reef. Consisting of scattered rocky outcrops covered in kelp fronds, there are scores of hidden gems throughout the reef.

Tugun

Just when you thought the Gold Coast couldn't get any more relaxed you arrive over the hill and into Tugun. This southern Gold Coast suburb is so laid-back that locals fondly call her Tugz (pronounced choog-s) while ancient Aborigines referred to Tugun as a place of "breaking waves".
