The resorts central feature is the heated lagoon style pool with a sundeck, large barbecue area and eight guest Jacuzzi all set amongst lush tropical gardens. For the true romantic their private pool decks extend from the superior rooms directly into the lagoon or select a superior room with your own private Jacuzzi on your private balcony.

Meridian is perfectly located within walking distance to the heart of Port Douglas village. Four Mile Beach is only 200 metres, the cosmopolitan restaurant strip of Macrossan Street is only 100 metres and the Marina, for daily departures to the Great Barrier Reef, is located just 400 metres away.

1 Bedroom Premier Apartment

One Bedroom Premier Apartments feature a large balcony expanding the spacious internal living area. The modern tropical furnishings of the lounge room feature the latest 42 inch plasma television. Granite kitchen benches are complemented by stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and convection microwave. The bedroom features a large king size bed that can become twin beds if required.

Honeymoon Suite

Their two best Suites feature the best of everything and include a full kitchen, large lounge plus heated Jacuzzi/Hot Tub in your private courtyard and also direct pool access via your private pool deck. To add to the romance, their Suites welcome guests with soft music, sensual oil burners, a bottle of bubbles and a few little surprises to set the mood! Honeymoon suites are ideal for a romantic getaway at anytime!

Superior Studio Room

All Superior Studio Rooms are located on ground level and have the same internal features of premier studios. Superior studios feature a heated jacuzzi located in a private courtyard surrounded by tropical plants or feature a pool deck extending the outside living area to the heated resort pool.

Superior 1 Bedroom Apartment

Superior Apartments have the same high standard of internal features as Premier One Bedroom Apartments - leather sofa , bright feature chair and are decorated in a modern tropical style. Granite kitchen benches and stainless steel appliances, King bed in the separate bedroom and a 42 inch plasma television in the lounge area - with one of the following additional features. Superior Apartments on ground level feature a pool deck extending from the patio area. Superior Apartments on higher levels feature a heated jacuzzi occupying the balcony area.

Premier Studio Room

Premier Studio Rooms are tastefully furnished in a modern tropical style and feature a Queen bed, some feature a King Zip bed that can be twinned if required (please request) kitchenette that includes a microwave, crockery and tea/coffee facilities. Sip champagne while soaking in the spa type bath. Premier studios are located on upper levels with a small balcony - garden/pool facing.
