Briar Rose Cottage Accommodation consists of two quaint cottages on the edge of the Stanthorpe township in the Granite Belt Region. The Mulberry is a two bedroom cottage and The Silky Oak, is a one bedroom cottage. Both cottages are fully self contained with modern kitchens; a stove, oven, microwave and a range of cooking utensils and equipment. Both cottages also offer a wood heater with all wood supplied.

The cottages were renovated in April, 2016 and feature new, contemporary furniture and fixtures. The Mulberry Cottage boasts an beautifully styled, open plan living area and large front verandah to sit and watch the world go by. ‘The Silky Oak Cottage’ offers a gorgeous spiral staircase to a loft bedroom and a large bathroom with bathtub.

The cottages are located just one kilometre from the Stanthorpe town centre and picturesque creek and walkways.

The Silky Oak Cottage

The Silky Oak Cottage can accommodate two people and offers a gorgeous spiral staircase to a loft bedroom with a private balcony. The cottage has a wood fire and electric blankets to keep you warm during cold Winters.

The cottage has modern, stylish furnishings throughout and the large bathroom features a bathtub and large window that looks out over the paddocks. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, bar refrigerator and pod coffee machine. A tea tray is also provided, along with books to read and movies to watch. High quality linen and towels are supplied and the bed will be made for your stay! An iron and ironing board are available for use, and if you need your clothing laundered your host Debbie will arrange this for you at an additional cost.

There is a small, outdoor seating area and off street parking. Briar Rose Cottages is also pet friendly!- Just enquire within, they would love to talk to you about how to best accommodate for your furry friends.

The Mulberry Cottage

The Mulberry Cottage boasts an beautifully styled, open plan living area and large, private front verandah to sit and watch the world go by. The cottage can accommodate up to four people and you will be kept warm on cold Winter days with a wood fire and electric blankets.

Each guest receives a complimentary tea tray, and is provided with books to read and movies to watch. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator and pod coffee machine. The bathroom boasts beautiful vintage accents and high quality linen and towels are provided (and your beds are made, ready for your stay).

Laundry facilities (excluding dryer) are available for your use including an iron and ironing board. Off-Street parking is available, and Briar Rose Cottages are also pet friendly!- Just enquire- they would love to talk to you about how they can best accommodate your furry friends.
