BIG4 Forest Glen Holiday Resort is a very family friendly park, they have plenty of room for the children to ride their bikes and non motorised scooters as long as they wear their helmets. In the Queensland school holidays there are plenty of activities happening to keep the children amused, so Mum and Dad can sit back and relax.

Our Rooms

Standard Villa

Cabins for the couple or small family (up to four). All have air conditioning, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. All you need to sleep, bathe and cook some breakfast. Two of the Standard Villas overlook the playground the rest overlook the rainforest area. Flat screen television and DVD in all standard villas. All linen is provided.

Forest and Garden Suites

Luxury fully self contained cabins, a home away from home without the cleaning up. Full bathroom and kitchen, television in main bedroom and living room and plenty of space for the family to stretch out. All cabins have private balconies, air conditioning and linen provided. Forest Suites have a washing machine and dryer and a portable grill. Garden Suites have a barbecue on the balcony, but there is no washing machine or dryer in the Garden Suites. Both Suites have DVD players.

Large Standard Villa

Cabins for the couple or small family (up to five). All have air conditioning, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. All you need to sleep, shower and cook some breakfast. All Villas overlook pool. Linen is provided, plus there is a DVD player and a flat screen television in all the Large Standard Villas.

Unpowered Tent Sites

The Unpowered sites are between six by six metres in size or six by seven metres.

Powered Site Tent/Caravan

There are tent sites that are six by six metres in size. Caravan sites range from 14 feet to 26 feet long. Camp kitchen available with four barbecues, a cook top, two fridges, microwave, kettle and toaster. Access is also provided to a laundry, showers and toilets.

Ensuite Tent/Caravan Site

There are eight grassed ensuite sites suitable for tents or flip over camper trailers. Plus six ensuite sites suitable for caravans and campervans with a concrete slab.

Cook Island Dive Site

Cook Island, a short boat trip from the Gold Coast, is an accessible and appealing dive site for all experience levels. Hard and soft corals cover the bottom in some areas, with boulders forming walls and caves descending to the sandy sea floor in others.

Snapper Rocks

Snapper Rocks is a small rocky outcrop on the northern side of Point Danger at the southern end of Rainbow Bay on the Gold Coast. Snapper is a point break which forms the first part of the man-made Superbank which extends from Snapper Rocks Point, through Rainbow Bay, Greenmount Point, Coolangatta Beach, and Kirra, for a distance of around two kilometres.

Nine Mile Reef Dive Site

Nine Mile Reef, off Tweed Heads, has a reputation among locals as being a "sharky" spot. All year long, wobbegongs, blind sharks, and bronze whalers call the reef home, with leopard sharks in summer, grey nurse sharks in winter, and occasional hammerheads and whale sharks popping by.

Kirra

There's variations on what the word Kirra actually means, but some believe Queensland Aborigines named it after a boomerang. Which makes sense as Kirra wraps evocatively around the bend separating Coolangatta and Kirra beaches and in front of Kirra Hill.
