QAGOMA

QAGOMA is one of Australia’s leading art institutions with an evolving program of Australian and international exhibitions. If you’re travelling with family head to the Children’s Art Centre where artists from Australia and around the world help to develop an exciting and interactive program of activities to inspire your little artists.

Queensland Museum and Sciencentre

Also residing in South Bank’s cultural precinct is the Queensland Museum where you can catch permanent and changing exhibitions on natural history, cultural heritage, science and human achievement. Take the kids to the Sciencentre in the Museum and keep little minds active as they discover the wonders of the world through science.

You can also check out independent art galleries like Artisan, Jan Murphy and Jugglers Art Space in Fortitude Valley or the Metro Arts Centre on Edward Street.
