IndigiScapes Centre is currently closed for expansion and is expected to re-open mid-January 2020. The Native Botanic Gardens remain open daily between 10am and 4pm and can be accessed via the MyHorizon entry and follow the signs through the car park to the IndigiScapes Native Nursery.
Located just 30 minutes from the Brisbane airport, the Redlands IndigiScapes Centre in Capalaba is a great way for visitors to immerse themselves into the Australian bush. Set on 14 hectares of nature reserve and incorporating native botanical gardens, the Centre provides visitors with a range of experiences. Come and learn about the wisdom of the local Indigenous people and their use of plants and animals in one of their 14 display gardens; explore the bushland areas; go bird watching, or just stop for a coffee; stay longer and enjoy the delicious array of Australian bush tucker flavours woven through their café menu. There is a viewing platform overlooking a beautiful dam, where water birds glide, and freshwater turtles surface lazily along the edges.
