In addition, the Villa has a separate laundry, fully ducted air conditioning and a private golf buggy for guest use. This particular villa is ideal for families as the living area flows directly onto the waterfront reserve and allows easy access to the lagoon pool.

This particular villa enjoys an elevated position overlooking the marina and is set within a gated enclave with private access via a richly landscaped private road.
