City Mountain View

These luxurious rooms with private balconies include your choice of a queen sized bed or two double beds. Each room features in-built wardrobes, allowing plenty of room to hang your garments, plus lovely white robes to make you truly feel like you're on holidays. Bathrooms are also spacious, featuring classic Italian marble. Your balcony includes furniture to sit and enjoy the view over the lush tropical mountains beyond the lights of this tropical city. Inside the room, a comfortable table and chairs allows for reading, play or chat, plus a desk is provided for work. Internet can be connected via Wi-Fi or network cable.

Harbour View

Watch the boats make their way from your private balcony, or get up early and see the sun rise over the Coral Sea. Your bedding configuration consists of your choice of either one queen bed, or two double beds. Built in wardrobes and luggage storage will provide plenty of room and beautiful white robes are provided for that feeling of true luxury. In the bathroom you'll find plenty of space, Italian marble and back-heated mirrors to avoid fog. If you're here to work, our rooms contain a desk with internet access, plus plenty of space to relax. Premium Harbour View

Spacious, stylish and with premium ocean views, there is simply no nicer place to stay. Rooms feature private balconies overlooking the Cairns Harbour, Trinity Inlet and out to the Coral Sea. Premium Harbour View rooms feature your choice of an ultra-comfortable king sized bed, or two double beds. Bathrooms feature unique red Italian marble finishings and Mii Spa brand toiletries. Executive Suite

Located on the fifteenth and sixteenth floors, Executive Suites have sweeping views over the Harbour or City and Mountain landscapes. These suites feature a separate living room, kitchenette and toilet on one side and a full sized hotel bedroom and luxury bathroom, with separate bath and shower, on the other. You can work and relax in two separate areas. A large dividing door slides neatly into the wall during the day to open the suite up, or separate the two areas at night if one of you would like to watch television or work. From the D'Aguilar Highway an unsealed 16 kilometre scenic forest drive leads through rainforest, hoop pine plantations and eucalypt forests containing blackbutt, tallowwood, white mahogany, gums and ironbarks to small flats beside the inviting waters of Emu Creek.

Bunya Mountains National Park

The Bunya Mountains National Park is perched 1100 metres high and 200 kilometres north-west of Brisbane and considered Queensland's second-oldest national park being gazetted in 1908. It's there ancient rainforest-clad peaks stand tall and shelter the world's largest formation of bunya pines (Araucaria bidwillii) - once a popular meeting place for Aboriginal folk to gather nuts in the 1800s.

Boat Mountain Regional Park

Gordonbrook Dam

The Dam is the sole source of water supply for Kingaroy; it was built in 1941 to provide water for the Royal Australian Air Force Training Base during WWII. In 1987 due to increased demand the dam wall was raised and the inundated area is now 229 hectares.

Jimna State Forest

Jimna State Forest has had a colourful history of gold mining and timber milling. The last flurry of mining, in the 1940s, yielded 2.8 kilograms of gold. Attractions include creeks, log bridges and wildlife including platypus and many species of birds.

Coral Gardens Dive Site Mooloolaba

Located on the Inner Gneerings off Mooloolaba, the Coral Gardens are like a small section of the Great Barrier Reef on the Sunshine Coast. Lovely hard and soft corals rule this reef in depths from 10 to 15 metres, with the site topography dominated by a series of gutters.
