Killarney View Cabins and Caravan Park is set on five acres of land with spectacular views of Killarney and the surrounding mountains. Killarney View has seven modern fully self contained Cabins catering for couples and families; these are situated at the front of the park with great views. They have also added a spacious two bedroom Cottage and a new Pet friendly cabin complete with a fenced yard. The park is within walking distance to the Killarney Township, only 10 kilometres to the spectacular Queen Mary Falls and less than an hour's drive to the award winning Granite Belt wineries.

The park has a great flat grassed camping area with open fire places. Recently added a family bathroom, The camp kitchen has a great ambience with a new Wood burner stove for those colder nights; there is also a gas barbecue, Pizza oven, microwave oven and refrigerator. Good mobile phone and television reception and a dump point. Killarney View welcomes dogs by prior arrangement.

1 Bedroom Pet Friendly Cabin

This lovely cabin is ideal for those travelling with pets as it has a fenced yard , a deck with outdoor furniture where you can take in the wonderful views of the country side and mountains, a separate main bedroom. The interior is tastefully decorated with a full kitchen , microwave, full size refrigerator, flat screen television and DVD player. All linen is supplied. also has a sofa bed.

Budget/Dog Friendly Cabin

This Budget cabin is great for travellers that want to bring their pets away with them, separate bedroom with ensuite, kitchenette, sofa bed, television/DVD, all linen supplied.

2 Bedroom Cottage

New Two bedroom cottage offers space and luxury ideal for families or friend travelling together, two king size bedrooms with either king beds or singles, queen sleeper sofa, and two single day beds means this cottage can sleep up to six people, all linen supplied, spacious bathroom, full kitchen with dishwasher and full size fridge, two flat screen televisions/DVD. Large deck with carport and weber barbecue.

2 Bedroom Cabins

These lovely cabins have a four star rating, they all have a deck with outdoor furniture where you can take in the wonderful views of the country side and mountains.

Cabin 4 has two separate bedrooms one with a queen bed the other has a double bed makes this an ideal cabin for two singles or two couples.

Cabin 5 has a queen bed in main room and a set of bunks in the second bedroom with room for a foldaway bed as well, makes this an ideal cabin for a family.

They both have a separate bathroom. The interior is tastefully decorated, with a full kitchen including gas stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, flat screen television and DVD player. All linen is supplied.

2 Bedroom Family Cabin

Two bedroom cabin ideal for families or larger groups. There is a queen bed, set of bunks and roll away bed.

Powered Sites

Large sites with slabs, shady sites available plenty of room to accommodate large vehicles, good television reception, dogs welcome. Great Camp kitchen with free barbecue and Pizza Oven , camp fires allowed.

Non Powered Sites

The non powered sites are situated in a large grassed camping area plenty of trees for shade, and camp fires.

One Bedroom Couples Cabins

These lovely recently renovated Modern cabins are situated at the front of the park to take in the great vista of the surrounding farmland and mountains, fully self-contained with full kitchen new reverse cycle air conditioners, lovely deck complete with outdoor furniture, Just great for a romantic getaway.

Hebel Historical Circle

Just 45 kilometres south east of St George, Nindigully or "The Gully" as it's locally known, is pretty much four houses and a pub on a riverbank. But what a pub, what a view and what characters you'll find!

Thallon

Signalling your approach into Thallon, giant grain silos act as landmarks for the town. Thallon was gazetted in 1911 and was named after the Commissioner of Railways, Mr JF Thallon. The town is surrounded by prime grain growing country and draws grain in from Weengallon, Nindigully, Mungindi, Dirranbandi and Thallon.

Amby

Amby, Maranoa Area
Amby, originally called Amby Creek, became a township in 1883 and forms part of the eastern boundary of the Outback region. It can best be described as where the grain and the grazing belts meet. The Old Stage Changeover Shanty - known to the locals as Netting Hole - dates back to 1875 and is located on the northern side of town, along the Warrego Highway near Amby Downs waterhole.

Bollon

The soil gets redder as you approach Bollon - a great little western town sitting on the banks of the peaceful Wallam Creek. The free caravan and camping area complete with toilets and showers is the perfect spot to rest up for a few days.
