Gemini Resort is a unique holiday destination because of its absolute beachfront location on Golden Beach overlooking the Pumicestone Passage and Caloundra, adjacent to stretches of tranquil parklands, with no roads to cross to get to the gentle calm waters and golden sands.

Offering a choice of one, two and three bedroom holiday apartments each of them fully self-contained with full size, well appointed kitchens, laundry facilities, wireless internet, free in-house movies and Austar. Every apartment features a large dining area and lounge which lead out onto a north-east facing balcony or patio, designed to make the most of the sunshine and the spectacular views over the Pumicestone passage to the Pacific Ocean, Bribie Island and Caloundra. Their resort facilities consist of a large lagoon style heated pool adjoined to a heated children's pool and waterslide. There is an outdoor heated spa, indoor heated spa, sauna, a full size floodlit tennis court and a barbecue in their tropical gardens.

The Golden Beach shopping precinct is within easy walking distance providing a variety of retail outlets. Caloundra's main shopping centre is a pleasant 15 to 20 minute walk or two minute drive offering the services of all the main retail outlets.

Relax in luxury in their new Deluxe Family Apartment. Located on the fifth floor it offers stunning ocean views and can sleep 6 people. There is a large kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove top as well as a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Contains one queen, one double and two single beds.

A popular bareboat anchorage, Butterfly Bay is situated on the northern side of Hook Island. There are limited public moorings and snorkelling can be enjoyed along the bay edge or just off the beach. Situated on the northern side of Hook Island, Maureen's Cove is a popular anchorage with sailors and divers alike. There are two dive sites at Maureen's Cove. At the back of the cove, on the western side of the beach is a series of bommies starting at 12 - 15 metres and rising to within three metres of the surface, parallel to the shoreline.

Langford Island

Langford Island, near Hayman Island in the northern Whitsundays is a popular spot with sailors, divers and snorkellers. Many of the bareboats and crewed sailing boats will anchor near Langford Island. Langford Island is relatively small, but features a long sand spit that all but disappears at high tide.

Nestled in the south east end of the Whitsundays’ Hook Island is Nara Inlet, a secluded bay with tranquil waters that reflect the dense forestry that covers the island’s steep hills.
