Master bedroom has queen bed and ensuite. Second bedroom has two single beds. Two Queens on request.

Main bathroom is shower over bath with vanity and separate toilet. All linen provided with starter pack of soap, shampoo, dish washing and dishwasher detergent, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Washing machine/dryer in laundry alcove. Single lockup garage.

Executive 2 Bedroom

Sparkling two bedroom level five apartment with a spa in the master bathroom. There are two Queen size beds and it is air conditioned throughout. Spectacular views of Caloundra Central Business District, Pacific Ocean, Pumicestone Passage and Bribie Island.

Huge luxury apartment on level four with a spa in the master bedroom, double balcony, a Queen sized bed in bedrooms one and two and two king singles in the third bedroom. This apartment can be configured for two, four or six people in one, two or three bedroom configuration.

Apartment 10 is a recently renovated third floor walk-up with a North Easterly aspect overlooking Leach Park and Pumicestone Passage. Bedding is one Queen in the master and two singles in the second bedroom. The bathroom and laundry are combined. One separate toilet. The garage has room for two cars in tandem or one car and a boat or jetski. Kabi is located 50 metres south from Sails Resort.

Caloundra Central Business District is a pleasant one kilometre walk along the Coastal Pathway.
