Northwind Apartments is situated on Mooloolaba's Esplanade, close to restaurants, cafes, galleries, boutiques and the Mooloolaba Surf Club. The patrolled beach is a 300 metre walk and the Mooloolaba Wharf precinct with Sealife and canal cruises just 400 metres away.

The one, two and three bedroom self-contained apartments are spacious, with a private balcony and sea views. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, cook top and microwave. Each apartment has a laundry with automatic washer, dryer, clothes-airer and ironing facilities.

Northwind has heated outdoor pools, and spa, barbecue and entertaining area and a half tennis court. Inside amenities include a gymnasium, sauna, and games room. There is secure basement parking and lift access to all levels. Wireless internet is available throughout the building.

Northwind is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast allowing easy access to attractions and activities such as scuba diving, fishing, whale-watching (in season), the Ginger Factory, Australia Zoo, Sealife, Eumundi Markets, the villages of the Hinterland and a variety of food and wine excursions.

The resident on-site managers operate a free tour-booking service for guests.

3 Bedroom Levels One to Three

Self -contained three bedroom apartments each with its own private balcony. Filtered sea views. Spacious living areas and good sized bedrooms, family friendly. Apartments are designed with an open floor plan including lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen; full laundry (washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, tub, iron, ironing board) and ensuite. All are air-conditioned. Opening windows, ceiling and pedestal fans.

3 Bedroom Superior Level Seven to Nine

These three bedroom apartments have been totally refurbished. Each has extensive panoramic sea views, From the bedrooms there are views of the hinterland. Like the other three bedroom apartments these apartments have an ensuite and the laundry is in the main bathroom.
These apartments have been appointed to a higher standard than the standard apartments.

3 Bedroom Economy Levels Four to Nine

These apartments do not have air conditioning. They are fan cooled and fan heaters are provided for cooler weather. These spacious apartments have an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, ensuite, full laundry facilities and a private balcony. They each have great sea views, and views towards the hinterland.

2 Bedroom Level Four to Nine

Self-contained two bedroom apartments on Levels four to nine. Each spacious apartment has its own private balcony. Apartments are designed with an open floor plan including lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, laundry (washing machine, dryer, tub, clothes airer, ironing board, iron) bathroom and ensuite. Air-conditioned. Great sea views.

Limited availability for shoulder and peak seasons. Located on floors one to three host self-contained one bedroom apartments. These are spacious apartments with their own private balcony. Apartments are designed with an open floor plan including lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. They have one queen bed, one bathroom with laundry (washing machine, drier, clothes airer, tub, iron, ironing board). The views are filtered.

Tregole National Park

Mungallala, said to mean 'food and water' is the site of a cypress sawmill, located about half way between Mitchell and Morven where the Warrego Highway crosses the Mungallala Creek. Mungallala originated as a railway town and is a wonderful place to stop for lunch and experience the workings of an outback town.
