The Blackall Caravan Park offers powered and unpowered sites, fully self-contained cabins and units. There are two amenity blocks, a laundry, dump point, pets are welcome, free wi-fi and drive through shady grass/slab sites.

Situated off the highway, this park offers a peaceful and relaxing stay. The rich diversity of the Caravan Park offers many attractive options for the holiday maker or traveller. There is a coffee shop open 9am to 7pm and damper making demonstrations. They have a camp oven dinner followed by damper and billy tea every night (May to August).

It's a great opportunity to meet, mingle and talk with fellow travellers.

The next morning you can stroll downtown - it's just a short walk to shops, pubs, clubs, and aquatic centre. Debbie, Chelsea, Cliff and Denise at the Blackall Caravan Park would like to welcome you to Blackall.

150th Meridian

Located one kilometre east of Moura on the Dawson Highway, the 150th Meridian marker shows the position of the imaginary line (150 °E) on which Queensland (Eastern Standard) time is based. At the time of the equinox, a day is exactly 12 hours long anywhere on the Meridian line.

Callide Dam is located 12 kilometres from Biloela via sealed road and approximately 90 kilometres south-west of Gladstone via the Dawson Highway. While compact, the lake provides visitors with rewarding fishing - especially for golden perch (yellowbelly) and barramundi.

Goovigen

Goovigen is a small rural village in the region’s northern farming heartland. A short distance north-west of Jambin off the Burnett Highway, fewer than 300 people live in the town. The streets of Goovigen are as neat as a pin and the heritage buildings have been either restored to their former glory or updated for present needs.
