Toowoomba Sightseeing offer daily sightseeing tours throughout the beautiful garden city of Toowoomba. Departing twice daily, you can join the tours as it suits your itinerary and buy tickets onboard.

Offering full commentary, talking about people past and present, history, modern and historic homes of significance.

Morning Tour: West side of city
Afternoon Tour: East side of city
Both tours include the city centre and the beginning of Toowoomba at Drayton.

Also available for charter, ideal for weddings, parties, celebrations and events.

Our tours

West Side Tour

Departs 9:30am Toowoomba Showgrounds and 10am Toowoomba Visitor Information Centre. Full tour commentary including discovering the Darling Downs settling at Drayton, the move to Toowoomba, the trails and tribulations of the settlers, the aboriginals, the personalities which shaped our city and those who continue to, places and attractions including but not limited to: Main Roads Heritage Centre, Laurel Bank Park, Mt Kynoch , Hospital and institutions, showgrounds, horse studs, Westbrook Goal, USQ Echo Valley, Escarpment views, lake Annand and state Rose Garden.

Departing 12:30pm from the Toowoomba Showgrounds and 1pm from the Toowoomba Visitor Information Centre. The east side tour of Toowoomba takes in the beautiful parks and gardens that Toowoomba is know for; Queens Park and the botanic gardens, Laurel Bank Park and Picnic Point.

The tour also includes local history of the Toowoomba region from the trails and tribulations of the settlers and aboriginals, to the personalities which shaped our city and those who continue to.

Including full on-board commentary by Toowoomba expert Lindsay Booth.

Forest Glen

Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast Area
Whilst at Forest Glen be sure to take a drive through Tanawha Tourist Drive, where you will find great attractions and wonderful scenery. Meander through Buderim Forest Park with its beautiful rainforest, barbecue picnic facilities, forest boardwalk, and unique flora and fauna.

Nambour

Nambour, Sunshine Coast Area
Nambour is a gateway to the stunning Sunshine Coast Hinterland and renowned for its retro charm, vintage trails, thriving café and craft beer scene and the annual Big Pineapple Music Festival. Nambour was settled in the 1860s by miners disappointed after the poor returns from the goldfields at Gympie, just north.

Baroon Pocket Dam

North Maleny, Sunshine Coast Area
Baroon Pocket Dam is a picturesque lake tucked away between Montville and Maleny. The dam offers a range of fantastic recreational facilities and you could easily spend the whole day exploring the shores and waterways.

Woombye

Woombye, Sunshine Coast Area
Woombye used to be called Cobb’s Camp due to the fact that it was a staging post for the Cobb & Co coaches. The local pub celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2000, and is certainly worth a visit. Woombye is home to luscious sub-tropical fruits, and the popular Macadamia nut.

Noosa Valley

Just 10 minutes’ drive from the hustle and bustle of Hastings Street, you’ll find yourself in tranquil, peaceful Noosa Valley. With its picture-postcard countryside and abundant wildlife, this area offers a refreshing contrast to the more developed parts of the Sunshine Coast.

Gardners Falls

Gardners Falls is a hidden gem in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Leave your vehicle in the car park on the banks of the Obi Obi Creek and take a short, level walk downstream to the falls. You’ll pass a number of shallow rock pools which are ideal for smaller children who just want to splash about.

Kenilworth

Kenilworth, Sunshine Coast Area
Kenilworth is a small town, with a population of less than 300, in the beautiful upper Mary Valley Country, behind the Blackall Range and only about one and a half hours drive north of Brisbane. The Mary River flows North from Maleny, through Conondale, Kenilworth, Gympie, Tiaro, Maryborough, and then into the sea opposite Fraser Island.

Montville

Montville, Sunshine Coast Area
It would be hard to find a town on the Sunshine Coast that is more charming than Montville. Perched on the Blackall Range, this quaint village is home to art galleries, cosy coffee shops and boutique stores where you'll find everything from handmade beanies to one-off sculptures made by local artists.
