Skydiving with Skydive Brisbane, is an exhilarating, adrenalin pumping, unforgettable adventure that leaves you feeling high (up to 14000 feet high!) - even after your feet have touched the ground!

Their Redcliffe drop zone is nestled between two of Brisbane's most beautiful landmarks - Moreton Bay and the Glasshouse Mountains, offering spectacular views and beach landing on beautiful Beaches. It's fun, it's easy and it's addictive!

Skydive Cairns up to 15000 Feet Tandem Skydive

Experience the adrenalin rush of 60 seconds free fall from up to 15,000 feet - the highest jump in Australia with the most spectacular views. After receiving all personalised training and instruction, travel by air-conditioned bus transfer to airport. Enjoy the scenic flight up to 15,000 feet height and jump out of the perfectly good aeroplane. You experience the exhilarating free fall for 60 seconds (your freefall speed is over 200 kilometres per hour). Named by explorer Sir Thomas Mitchell in 1846, Salvator Rosa is at the western edge of the Central Queensland Sandstone Belt.

How did Emerald get its name? It's thanks to a lush green hill - emerald in colour - located just north of the town called 'Emerald Downs Hill'. Established in 1879, this large country town has become the hub of the Central Highlands and gateway to one of the largest sapphire fields in the southern hemisphere.

Rolleston is in the southeast of Queensland's Central Highlands and is the nearest town to the world renowned Carnarvon Gorge and Carnarvon National Park. Rolleston is 70 kilometres east of Springsure and can be reached by travelling along the Great Inland Way.

Willows Gemfields

Willows Gemfields is 11 kilometres off the Capricorn Highway, 24 kilometres past the Anakie/Sapphire crossroads and about 45 minutes' drive west of Emerald. The Willows Gemfields is a popular fossicking spot, as very little machinery and no corporate mining has been permitted in the past.

On the banks of the Barcoo River away from the highway noise, Stubby Bend offers fully self-contained travellers a free site for camping. A variety of birds visit the area throughout the day, you can watch the kangaroos grazing in the afternoons, and quite often at night friendly possums will visit your camp site.

Situated in a delightful valley with spectacular Mount Zamia and Virgin Rock overlooking the town, Springsure is located 66 kilometres south of Emerald on the Gregory Highway section of the Great Inland Way.
