Sunshine Coast restaurants and cafes

Pristine beaches and lush hinterland aren’t the only things the Sunshine Coast serves up. Try out their true main meal of top-notch bars, restaurants and eateries on offer. Foodies mix million-dollar views with iconic surf clubs, revamped rooftops and local espresso haunts. Once the sun goes down, cosy speakeasy bars and relaxed micro-breweries add flavor to the scene. Whatever makes your mouth water, you’ll find it on the Sunshine Coast.

Noosa restaurants and cafes

Dubbed one of Australia’s most fashionable resort towns, Noosa’s epic foodie hotspots have an answer for every kind of craving. Take a stroll down the boutique-lined Hastings Street and you’ll find everything from tummy satisfying burgers to organic goodness. For something more underground, head to Bourke Street for authentic Italian or Sunshine Beach Road for a sushi fix. Away from the hustle and bustle of Noosa Heads, Noosaville offers waterfront views and everything from internationally-inspired to local seafood delights. Oh, and coffee connoisseurs, don’t fret. Cafes are pretty much guaranteed in every Noosa nook.

Mooloolaba restaurants and cafes

Home to beachfront cafes and restaurants, Mooloolaba is the destination of choice for laidback locals who want a bit of action to complement their beach-filled days. Eat at the hottest spots in town on Parkyn Parade and sample fresh seafood (we’re talking straight from the trawler) at Hamptons-style restaurants, eat with your weight in dumplings or chow into some delicious and guilt-free goodness.  You’ll find cafes a-plenty here with everyone serving up their own different brew.

Maroochydore restaurants and cafe

Maroochydore, or more specifically Ocean Street, is the Sunshine Coast’s newest and shiniest attraction for all things scrumptious. Whether you choose to snag a table at 35, 73 or the fortnightly night markets, this reborn strip is the place to gorge on tapas, sip a latte or indulge in a beverage (or two) at the many cutting-edge eateries and bars. Acai addicts can curb their cravings here with a smattering of raw, organic and clean nosh on offer too. You’ll be faced with an ocean of choice so leave room to go back for seconds.
