Head to Laidley with the whole family for Laidley Heritage Weekend. Held over two days, this festival celebrates the history of picturesque Laidley.

Das Neumann Haus, hand built by German immigrant Hermann Neumann in 1893, has been restored to its former condition, refurnished in the style of the 1930s and is open to the public as a house museum. Annie's Place Coffee Shop will be serving up some real treats from pancakes to German lunches and of course, speciality coffees and cold drinks.

On Saturday check out the markets and music or enjoy a horse and carriage ride through town. Saturday is also Kids Day, there will be a host of children's activities to keep everyone busy including jumping castle, pony rides, craft activities and more.

Laidley Pioneer Village and Museum will open it's doors on a wealth of history. Enjoy displays of small engines, Lockyer Light Horse troop, Range Carriage Running Club, Circus Arts workshops, Highland Dancers, tractors, vintage cars and blacksmithing, stay for a barbecue lunch, tea or coffee.
