A private Bali inspired gazebo leads from the deck and allows you to enjoy the flowering garden setting and bird life - Sunbirds, Rainbow Lorikeets and Wattle Birds.

All villas are totally self-contained with modern appointments, queen size bed, spacious bathroom and a bright and airy lounge that catches the cool sea breezes. The villas are air-conditioned for your comfort. Undercover parking is provided, along with linen and towels. WiFi is available for your convenience.

Sunbird Gardens offers a spacious fully self-contained spa villa, including all linen. Kitchen is fully equipped and each villa has its own back deck barbecue, private gazebo and carport. The villas are located in a tropical garden setting at the end of Joseph Banks Boulevard and it is a 300 metre walk to beautiful Agnes Water surf beach.

Blackall

Blackall, Blackall-Tambo Area
Named after Sir Samuel Blackall, the second Governor of Queensland, Blackall is located on the Matilda Highway . The district was discovered in 1846 by explorer Major Thomas Mitchell and the township was gazetted in 1868;

Betoota stands lonely on a vast gibber plain, 170 kilometres east of Birdsville. While Betoota is mainly a ghost town, it comes alive twice a year. The annual Horse and Motorbike Gymkhana is held on the first weekend of Queensland Easter School holidays and then during the last weekend in August when this tiny ghost town explodes with all the colour and excitement of the Betoota Races, kicking off the Simpson Desert Racing Carnival.

Eungella

An hour west of Mackay, in the rainforest-clad mountains lies Eungella National Park and the township of Eungella, at the head of the Pioneer Valley. Australia's longest, oldest stretch of sub-tropical rainforest, ranging over 51,700 hectares, the park draws its name from an Aboriginal word meaning 'Land of the Clouds'.
